The Original Rocna has set a new standard for modern anchor holding power. The Galvanized Steel Vulcan anchor is designed for all types of seabeds and is suitable for both small and large powerboats as well as yachts. Its high-resistance fluke geometry and shank ensure a snug fit on any bow, thanks to the absence of a roll-bar. The innovative Roll-Palm feature allows the anchor to land at the ideal angle for penetration, while the V-bulb extends the fluke ballast downward, maximizing leverage and efficiency for greater holding power.

The Vulcan features a unique combination of shank and fluke geometry, including the innovative Roll-Palm™ (A) at the rear of the fluke. This Roll-Palm and the V-bulb™ (B) enhance self-righting capabilities. The V-bulb also extends the fluke ballast downward, providing maximum leverage and efficiency.

The concave fluke (C) is similar in design to the Rocna, which translates to increased holding power and security.

By omitting the roll-bar and carefully designing the shank profile (D), the Vulcan ensures a snug fit on a wide range of vessels. It easily clears platforms, bowsprits, prods, stays, and other protrusions without hassle.

The shape of the Vulcan’s shank (D) promotes self-launching and self-stowing upon retrieval on most bow rollers, allowing for smooth operation and ease of use for all users.

In addition to using high-tensile steel, the shank strength is enhanced by a unique I+V profile™ design (E), which improves resistance to bending through a computer-optimized I-beam geometry. This elegant innovation also enhances setting performance, as the lower V edge (F) cuts into the seabed, minimizing resistance for a deep and secure burial.

Like the Rocna, each Vulcan anchor comes with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage, bending, and manufacturing defects.
