Description

Freshwater pressure system CEM J-Inox 8X 24v 50lt/m –

Freshwater Pressure System with Stainless Steel Accumulator Tank for Boats Ranging from 14 to 25 Meters

Description and Applications
Our pressure systems, commonly known as autoclaves, are essential in the boating industry. They provide consistent water pressure for onboard services such as showers, kitchens, sinks, and toilets.

For optimal performance, we recommend the following:

  • Install a non-return valve in the suction line.
  • If the autoclave has not been used for an extended period, ensure that the internal pressure of the tank is equal to or 0.2 bar lower than the minimum calibration pressure of the pressure switch.

Construction Features
Our pressure systems typically come equipped with:

  • An electric pump of type J-mini, J-INOX, JBR, or PB (voltage and performance details are provided in the specifications table).
  • A 2-liter cylindrical tank made of stainless steel (2X), a 2-liter tank in painted steel with a stainless steel flange (2L), an 8-liter stainless steel tank (8X), or an 8-liter tank in painted sheet steel with a stainless steel flange (8L). All tanks feature an internal membrane made of food-grade butyl rubber.
  • A pressure switch with standard calibration adjustable between 1.4 and 2.8 bar, as recommended in the specifications table.
  • A pressure gauge.
  • A 5-way brass connection.

Usage Limits

  • The liquid must be free from solid impurities.
  • Liquid temperature range: +0 to +50°C (up to +70°C for PB and JBR series).
  • Maximum static pressure in the pump body: 6 bar.
