Water Pressure Systems MG-INOX/20X Freshwater Pressure System

The MG-INOX/20X Freshwater Pressure System is designed for boats ranging from 18 to 35 metres. It features a stainless steel accumulator tank, a stainless steel pump, and a Noryl technopolymer impeller, ensuring durability and reliability.

This system is widely utilised in the nautical sector to provide a consistent and adequate water pressure for various onboard appliances, including showers, washbasins, and toilets. For optimal performance, we recommend the following:

• Install a non-return valve at the suction inlet.
• If the unit has not been used for an extended period, ensure that the internal pressure of the tank is equal to or lower than 0.2 bar before operation, in accordance with the minimum setting pressure of the pressure switch.

Construction Features

Our water pressure systems typically include:

• An electric pump from the J-mini, J-INOX, MG-INOX, or JBR series (voltage and performance specifications are detailed in the accompanying table).
• A cylindrical tank with a capacity of 20 litres, available in either stainless steel (20X) or painted steel with a stainless steel flange (20L), featuring an internal butyl rubber diaphragm suitable for food use.
• A pressure switch with a serial setting of 1.4 – 2.8, adjustable to the recommended values in the table.
• A pressure gauge.
• A 5-way pipe fitting made of brass.
• A flexible pipe measuring 500mm.

Scope of Use

• Suitable for liquids free of solid impurities.
• Temperature range for the liquid: +0 to +50 °C.
• Maximum static pressure within the pump body: 6 bar.

Accessories Available Upon Request

• Non-return valves in sizes 1” or 1”1/2.
• Safety manual resetting pressure switch “SQUARE D”: This system offers a significant advantage over standard pressure switches by halting the water pressure system when water is no longer available, thereby preventing the unit from operating without water.
