Raymarine EV-100 Wheel –
The Raymarine Evolution EV-100 Pack is an advanced wheel autopilot system specifically designed for small sailboats with a maximum displacement of up to 7,500 kg. This comprehensive package includes the ACU-100 course computer, the p70s control unit, and a wheel actuator. The system is adept at detecting environmental parameters and swiftly calculating optimal settings to ensure peak performance. As a result, it provides precise and reliable course-keeping, irrespective of the boat’s speed or prevailing sea conditions. The installation process is straightforward, eliminating the need for complex learning procedures or compass calibration, thanks to its automatic calibration feature and 9-axis monitoring of the bow, rolling, and pitching.
For added convenience, the optional S100 wireless remote control comes with a base station receiver and interfaces with the autopilot via the Seatalk1 to NG converter.
Autopilot for Wheel-Steered Sailboats
The EV-100 Wheel Pilot offers a complete autopilot solution tailored for wheel-steered sailboats. It is designed for easy installation by the user, with the externally mounted drive positioned in the cockpit and directly attached to the spokes of the steering wheel. The EV-100 Wheel Pilot ensures precise autopilot control through the intelligent EV-1 sensor core and the ACU-100 actuator control unit. Customers can choose between systems that include the p70s autopilot control head or opt for a system without a control head, using a Raymarine Axiom chartplotter for comprehensive autopilot management.
