Delivery Time
Orders are shipped weekly from our Canary Islands warehouse to our logistics center in Galicia, Spain, then dispatched across Europe without customs fees. Delivery typically takes 12–14 working days, with a maximum of 20 days. Orders outside the EU may incur separate customs fees. Cancellations after reaching “Canary Islands – Galicia” status will be refunded minus 30% for handling costs.

You can view the shipping costs before finalizing your order. Simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. To obtain an accurate shipping estimate, please enter your delivery details in the basket.

1. How to make a return
I. Please go to your nova account on Nova.com to request a refund.
II. Find the relevant order in “Your Orders” and click on the “Request Return” button.
III. Select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. After you provide the required information, click the “Next Step” button to proceed.
IV. If there is no need to return your items, then your final step is simply to select your refund method. Make your selection and click “Submit”.
V. If you need to return your items, we support the option of self-sending for return. You can use any courier you like to return the items and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. After sending the items back, please add the tracking information of the package.
VI. You can check the refund status of your items on your order details page or through Nova’s SMS/Email/Push notifications.
2. Return Shipping
Please note that returns are not free. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return costs. However, if you initiate the return, you will be responsible for these costs. Additionally, we will deduct 30% from your refund to cover initial expenses, such as shipping from the Canary Islands to Galicia and customs clearance.
3. How long do i have to wait before making a return?
You have 30 working days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To do this, please contact our Logistics Warehouse at [email protected] or call +34 828680669 to complete the return form.
Important Notice
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully. We thoroughly check all items before dispatch, so we do not send defective or damaged products. You have the right to open the package in front of the courier. If you notice any issues, please write “Pending review” on the delivery note. This will assist us in addressing any problems related to damage or poor condition of the goods during transport.
Invoice
Invoices are generated from our headquarters in the United States and are denominated in US dollars. To obtain your invoice, please log into your customer account and download it directly from there.
