The Bowman FH300-3282-2 heat exchanger is designed for engines with a power output of up to 150 kW (201 HP). It is compatible with various engine models, including the Ford BSD-678 and Gardner 6LX.

This heat exchanger features a raw water input connection of 1-1/4″ BSP on one end and a corresponding raw water output connection of the same size on the opposite end. Additionally, it includes a 57 mm connection for fresh water.

Bowman advises against the installation of zinc anodes, as the heat exchanger`s tubes are constructed from a copper-nickel alloy, which does not require such protection. Installing a zinc anode may compromise the copper-oxide film that naturally forms on the tubes, potentially exposing the material to corrosion.
