The Johnson Pump F9B-5600 features an electromagnetic clutch designed for heavy-duty applications. This innovative clutch allows you to activate the pump with the push of a button, even from a distance. When paired with a vacuum switch—recommended for bilge pump use—the clutch automatically disengages if the pump begins to draw in air. This important feature helps prevent dry running and protects the pump from damage.

The model FxB-5xxx refers to a flexible impeller pump with a durable bronze body. The “5” indicates that it is pedestal-mounted, equipped with double ball bearings and a mechanical seal, and operated by a magnetic clutch.

Product Variants:

• TSS: The Space Saver model, designed with horizontal flanges to save space.
• VF: The Vertical Flanges model.

Our automatically controlled pumps are available in sizes from 1″ to 2½” (20 L/min to 625 L/min) and come with clutches in either 12 or 24 volts. Wear parts are easily replaceable, and service kits are available for all standard models. A vacuum switch can be purchased as an additional accessory. Please note that the clutch must be ordered separately.

The Johnson 10-13027-99 clutched pump, made from bronze, is perfect for deck washdown and bilge applications. It features a neoprene impeller, a mechanical seal, and self-priming capabilities. This pump has 2″ BSP connections and a flow rate of 376 liters per minute (at 2000 rpm).
