The UC128-OBF is a well-constructed front mount cylinder that ensures the number of wheel rotations from one lock to the other is the same on both the port and starboard sides.

This UC128-OBF cylinder comes with a robust stainless steel rod, reliable seals, and link assemblies. It is designed for simple installation and is compatible with nearly all 2-stroke and 4-stroke outboard engines currently available on the market.

This cylinder is recommended for use with UP25, UP28, UP33, and UP39 series helms, along with pre-assembled hoses (Kit OB and Kit OB/R5). For configurations that require two UC128-OBF cylinders, you will need to acquire one standard UC128-OBF cylinder (with the link arm on the starboard side) and one port UC128P-OBF cylinder (with the link arm on the port side). Please refer to the tie bars section to select the appropriate model for dual engine and dual cylinder setups.

Applications: The UC128-OBF front mount cylinder is not intended for installations where boat speeds exceed 55 mph (48 knots) or 65 mph (56 knots) in dual engine, dual cylinder, and counter-rotating engine applications. It is not designed for racing use.
