The Vetus MV125 marine exhaust muffler is constructed from robust plastic and is specifically designed to reduce noise from the exhaust system. It is particularly suitable for boats that do not have sufficient space for a waterlock or a gooseneck. This muffler is equipped with a built-in check valve on the exhaust inlet side, which effectively prevents water from flowing back toward the engine, thereby removing the necessity for a gooseneck.

The Vetus plastic muffler boasts a compact and lightweight design, and it is supplied with stainless steel mounting brackets for straightforward installation. Furthermore, it features a connection for a temperature sensor that can trigger an alarm if the exhaust gases exceed a specific temperature.

Please be aware: Vetus exhaust components are made from plastic and are intended solely for use in wet exhaust systems. The maximum allowable temperature should not surpass 70°C, as exceeding this limit may cause damage to the exhaust components.
